Never stop studying / Nunca paro de estudar

Today I’ve been accepted for a new adventure in my life. Here in Brazil there is a type of postgraduate level course that we call specialization, which happens between bachelor’s and master’s degree. I’ve been reading in the internet that in USA it’s called “continuing education”, but I’m not sure about it.

Well, apart the application of (in)correct terms, the news is that I’ve been accepted to another postgraduate course in Information System’s Administration (ASI). I’ve already held a postgraduate degree in Linux Network Administration (ARL) in this very same institution, which I finished last year.

Never stop studying, my friend! Either you take regular courses, or you study by yourself (read, read, read). My father once said that “you can loose all your money, your assets, your life and your health, but knowledge is something you’ll always carry within yourself”.

Hoje fui aceito para uma nova aventura em minha vida. Entrei para um curso de especialização chamado Administração de Sistemas de Informação (ASI). Eu já havia concluído um outro curso de Administração em Redes Linux (ARL) nesta mesma instituição no ano passado.

Nunca pare de estudar, meu amigo! Ou faça cursos regulares, ou estude sozinho (ler, ler, ler). Meu pai um dia disse que “você pode perder todo o seu dinheir, suas posses, sua vida e sua saúde, mas conhecimento é uma coisa que você sempre vai carregar consigo“.
