I’ve just finished watching Das Boot (Wikipedia), the director’s cut. It’s an amazing movie, filmed in 1981, but yet with an incredible quality of audio, video and special effects. But, above all, the story is breath taking, simply amazing, with unexpected twists and a very rich text. The DVD I own has 3h20m of film, and it’s worth every minute. I strongly recommend this film.

After many months of a long wait, I finally got my Popcorn Hour A-110 installed! It’s an amazing little thing that streams all your multimedia files (video, photos, music, etc) stored on your computer to your TV using the network. Does everything as advertised. If you can buy one, I recommend it!

Após muitos meses de uma longa espera, eu finalmente instalei o meu Popcorn Hour A-110! É um aparelhino incrível que exibe seus arquivos multimídia (vídeos, fotos, músicas, etc) armazenados em seu computador através da rede na sua TV. Faz tudo o que promete. Se você puder comprar um, eu recomendo!

Um filme que acabei de assistir: D-War (Gerra dos Dragões). Vou resumir em uma palavra: tosco.

Um dos filmes mais mal feitos que eu já vi. Pra um filme produzido em 2007, tem uma qualidade gráfica baixíssima. Os atores são péssimos, os cortes são grotescos, e a linha lógica da estória é sem sentido.

Pode ser que a idéia original do filme tenha sido excelente (bem, eu gostei da idéia da lenda dos dragões), mas a execução foi péssima.

Não recomento. Uma baita perda de tempo.
